If you check reviews at CNET or your country's version of Amazon before making a purchase, Phlo can keep them just a tap away. ![]() Phlo has 30 search engines built right in, but you can also add just about any site you search often. One search, three taps, a world of information. You could also tap Twitter to see how much fun people had celebrating Holi. For example, you can type “Holi” and tap Wikipedia to learn more about this beautiful Hindu Festival of Colors, then tap Google Images to get a better picture. ![]() And it's not like they're new at streaming, so.Phlo for iPhone, iPad and Mac is the best way to type once and search every site and service you care about. Unless they update their software and UI/UX design really soon, I wouldn't recommend using Philo. So then I have a partial, but very intense, close-up of the actors' faces, and I can't see anything else happening on the show. I'll be watching a show, and the screen will suddenly zoom in on the corner of the show. Another technical glitch I've already experienced multiple times is where I get random zooming. For example, I got a true "glitch" screen display, with lines of bright pink and neon green glitching erratically all over the screen as the episode continued playing. I've been using Philo for about 4 days now, and I've already experienced multiple technical glitches. Who's came up with this idea? On top of that, there are so many technical glitches. ![]() So, if you missed something that was said, or didn't catch something on the screen, good luck! You have to re-start the ENTIRE episode/movie. Comes with commercials FYI, which I'm okay with, but it doesn't allow you to fast-forward or rewind. This streaming app is a bit of a technical joke I will just pay per episode on Amazon Prime it is cheaper, less commercials and I can watch when the new episodes are actually supposed to be on and not told I have to wait another week when you allow me to after my payment. Tricky tricky Philo! I know what you are doing. For instance, if you look online at a show it says New Episode airing on 7/11 if you go in to watch it on Philo it now says airing on 7/19 just one day after the trial or subscription ends. This also happened after I have paid the fee and about a week before the subscription ends they start blocking shows or push the date to watch out past your subscription to make sure you pay again before they allow you to continue to watch the shows. Plus I have noticed that on the free trial certain shows are not available to watch even though they are airing but you can not watch until the day after your free trial ends and you have to pay for the service. Way too many commercials! You are not charged just the $25 it is more like $27 after tax and hidden fees. Way too many commercials and blocked shows until you pay ![]()
